For release May 31, 2002: SW Jules Inc. grows despite a tough year for employment.
SW JULES, INC. is still going strong despite the down swing in the economy. 2001 was a great year for growth, in both number of clients and revenues, both of which doubled from the year before. This happened despite the drop in the hiring of new employees within corporate America. SW JULES, INC. is a National Pharmaceutical, High Tech and Executive Employee Recruitment Corporation based in Austin Texas since 1994.
With last years downtrend in the economy, the trends of layoffs and hiring freezes caused many staffing/ recruiting/contracting agencies to close their doors permanently.
Why were we different than those companies who got hit hard and closed their doors?
We feel that our success is in our integrity and hard work. We feel there is nothing more important than to make sure that we match the employee to the employer. This requires due diligence on our part to learn as much about our clients as possible, ensuring that we locate the most qualified employee which will be an asset to the clients growth and success.
We do not stop there however. We also strive to make sure that the employee will also be happy in the new position, which will help their career.
SW JULES, INC. will continue to grow through 2002, as the first quarter has been proof that we are on the right track for success. We feel that we are positioned well to benefit from the economic recovery that is currently under way and are pleased to announce that our revenue continues to remain strong despite the speed of the recovery.
For release June 8, 2001: SW Jules Inc. increases their recruiting power
SW JULES, INC. Sr. Recruiter/Account Manager Mike Jerman brings on 6 recruiters to help existing clients in his first month with SW Jules. Successfully recruiting 6 senior recruiters plus learning the SW Jules, Inc system of recruiting and customer care is helping SW Jules, Inc. reach the goals needed for continued success. Recruiters being brought on are SR Recruiters with minimum 5 years of experience as successful recruiters in their past positions. Due to the rapid growth of their staffing office President Julie Smith, is eager to look towards a satellite office in the coming months.
For release June 6, 2001: SW Jules Inc. Hires Mike Jerman as their first SR. Recruiter/Account Manager
Mike Jerman of Austin Texas, was hired to manage 5 of the multi-billion dollar international biotech clients, 3 hi-tech clients and build recruitment staff. Mike Jerman's record of building staffing offices and being a highly successful recruiter is exactly what is needed at SW JULES, INC. As an account manager last year at a successful staffing firm he was also the top recruiter for the year.
Due to the rapid growth and new status as preferred staffing firm for 3 major biotech corporations, Julie Smith/President felt it was time to staff up and prepare for even greater growth in the next few months. "We have been experiencing growth the past 2 years to what I believe to be our reputation with both job seekers and clients. Our conscientious efforts to do the very best for clients in this industry is something that is a part of our focused aim. We also work hard to make sure that job seekers are not submitted to companies that would not fit their goals and dreams. It is my belief that because of these efforts our reputation in the industry is what is causing this huge growth and is attracting thousands of job seekers to use us as a means to find a position. They also trust us as a company they can come to, where they can safely look without having to place their resume on a job board that broadcasts their resumes to all the companies that advertise on them. We are currently in the process of bringing on board 6 more recruiters and will be hiring another account manager to handle our other current clients."
