Our successes or what we fondly like to call Bragging Rights.
- Recently we were called by a company who was having difficulty filling a senior director role. Within 24 hours we had a candidate to them for the position, interviewed and pre-screened. Company is now our client and we are on their preferred list. We would also like to add that the Director/new employee is also very happy in his position.
- A major biotech firm client of ours gave us a retained search that seemed almost impossible to them to possibly fill. Our first candidate submitted to client was hired! Needless to say this client is entrusting to us many more positions to fill for them.
- We were recently called by a client of ours who was losing one of their Senior Directors to conduct a confidential replacement search as the rest of the employees were not aware of the situation. The Director was well liked and his shoes were hard to fill. This on top of 4 weeks before his exit we were called to perform a miracle. Within 4 days we located and filled the position with someone who is well liked and able to keep current employees happy.
Successfully making both candidates and clients happy is what keeps us moving forward.
Although this is just a few of the most recent successes we would like to add that in order to do this we need both candidates and clients to know that they have to trust us and give us all pertinent information which will be required to make a decision.
