Our services go further than just sending a resume over to your offices.
We go the extra mile by doing the following:
- Locate potential employees for you that match the job description.
- We spend approximately 30-40 minutes with each candidate interviewing them to see if they are the right fit for your positions.
- Acquire references from candidates for you so when needed we will check them for you if asked.
- Negotiate and set up phone interviews.
- When asked will help negotiate salaries, bonuses and other items to help candidate make decision for your company.
- Periodic updated listing of all candidates submitted and their current status of their job search availability.
We do ask our clients to also communicate back to us on their interest in candidates. We believe that in order to keep great candidates coming to us for positions we have to be responsive to them. We prefer a 48 hour turn around time on whether your company is interested in a phone screen interview to start.
